We had a wonderful last few days of Vacation Care.
On Thursday, we learnt some circus skills. These skills included juggling, plate spinning and flower sticks. We had a great time working together to build our skills!
On Friday we made slime! We used Borax, shaving cream, food colouring, glue and water to make it. The slime was soft and squishy - we spent the rest of the day playing with it. Because the weather was so nice, we were also able to get out the hammocks and make cubbies in the playground. It was a great, relaxing way to spend the last day of Vacation Care.
We've had a great start to term 2. An activity that has been very popular at OSHC lately is making pet rocks. The children use rocks, googly eyes, and sharpies to create a unique pet rock with their own personality. Have a look at some of our creations...
