Hello everyone and welcome to Term 3!

We had heaps of fun during the school holidays with lots of exciting activities. We visited the National Motor Museum at Birdwood, the Planetarium, played lots of arcade games and did heaps of baking!

If you haven't already, please make sure you pay your Vacation Care bills!

Pupil Free Day on Friday 9th August ... the booking form is on the OSHC desk ... we will be doing lots of 'textile' craft - polar fleece pillows, knitting, tom boy, plaited friendship bands plus all the usual fun stuff

Thank you,

2nd July 2019

Hello everybody!
There is 4 days left to get your vacation care booking sheets into OSHC. There are still spots available on every day if you need care in the school holidays.

Please let us know if your bookings for next term need to change so we can organise shifts and make sure we can fit all of the student's in.

We mentioned a little while ago that our OSHC was assessed and rated to the National Quality Standard. You'll be pleased to know that our OSHC achieved all the standards.
If you require any more information you can visit the following website or speak to any of the Eden Hills OSHC staff.

4th June 2019

Hi everyone,
It is definitely feeling like winter here at OSHC, the early mornings and late afternoons are very cold! So please help you child to remember to bring a jumper or they won't be able to play outside.

A week ago our OSHC was assessed and rated to the National Quality Standard, assessing` that our services meets all 7 quality areas that are important outcomes for children.

  1. Educational program and practice
  2. Children's health and safety
  3. Physical environment
  4. Staffing arrangements
  5. Relationships with children
  6. Collaborative partnerships with families and communities
  7. Governance and leadership

We will let you know in the coming weeks how we went. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you have any suggestion for what our service can improve on.

The winter holidays are coming up soon and Dianne is working away at the program and aims to have it to parents as soon as possible. We will be making sure the program is weather appropriate, and making sure that we get our energy out in lots of creative ways.

Thank you
Tori and the OSHC team.
